Sometimes things look different in person than they do on a screen. If you receive your piece and it doesn’t quite sing to you, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
I’m happy to chat with you about an exchange or a shop credit toward another piece you’ll love. To be eligible for a credit:

- The item must be sent back undamaged and in its original packaging.
- Please include your original sales receipt/packing invoice.
- Note: Shipping fees for the return and the new item are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages & Oopsies
I take great care in packaging your treasures, but if the shipper causes any damage during its journey to you, or if I accidentally sent the wrong item; I will, of course, issue a full refund upon return of the item. Just let me know right away so I can make it right!
A Note on Refunds:
Because I am a sole creator selling unique, handmade items, I do not offer full refunds for "change of heart" returns—only shop credit or exchanges, so please be certain that you check the size and color to ensure this is the piece you wish to order before you confirm. My goal is for you to own a piece of jewelry that you feel amazing wearing!
